Common FAQs

Why does a model need a spine list?

The spine list is the primary list used by a model and each cost element must use a tag from the spine list. This ensures that there is always at least one View which contains all cost elements.

Can I change the spine list after creating a model?

No, once the model has been created the spine list cannot be changed.

How do I add a new user account?

Data Modella doesn't yet support account management self service, you can modify your account by contacting us at support@datamodella.com
