Elements are the main outputs in Data Modella and appear in the model structure and schedule. Elements can be created individually in the configure page or by using a template.

Elements have a number of standard properties such as a name, tags, notes, actuals and can also be configured to only product values for a sub-range of periods.

The calcualted result of an emement depends on how the four standard components are configured. You can use a single component or all the compoents together.

The four standard components are:

  • for time based or non time based values.

  • for values that change depending on activity.

  • for values that happen once some activity reaches a certain threshold.

  • for values that use a lookup table.
