Overlaying Actual

In Data Modella you can overlay actuals (actual recorded values) over the schedule results.

To enable Actuals for a scenario. Edit the Scenario, Turn on using actuals and select the final period you have actuals for.

Once Actuals are enabled, you can choose to Zero or Override the values by configuing the Actuals field for an Element.

If you select Override, Data Modella will look for an Input Set named "Actuals" containing an Input with the same name as the Cost Element. If one is found those values will be used for the periods that actuals have been configured for. Otherwise if there is no matching variables, the values will show as zero.
